Return and Refund policy

All nail sets in this store are handcrafted and hand-painted with a love for manicures, beauty, and self-expression. 

The high quality of the materials and extensive experience guarantee comfort, beauty, ease of use, and compliance of the finished products with what is advertised in the store.

We also guarantee that press on nails will be made in strict accordance with the specified sizes.

Please double-check that you are selecting the correct size, as this is very important for comfortable use of the nail set. If you are unsure or do not know your size, please choose the Full Set of 20 all sizes nails, and you will receive a set of 20 nails with all sizes from 0 (18 mm) to 9 (9 mm) for each hand, allowing you to choose your size in a practical way. 

If, for any reason, you still wish to return the item and receive a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact store support by email support@noctturne.com within14 days of receiving the order to request a return and indicate the reason for the return, and request a return shipping label
  • Ensure that the packaging and contents of the parcel are preserved in their original form. If the goods have been used or damaged, when the package is returned to the sender a refund cannot be made. The probability of a customer receiving a damaged package is negligible because damaged packaging excludes the parcel from transit and cannot be delivered according to the rules of all postal operators worldwide. It is automatically sent back to the sender, so the possibility of the customer receiving a damaged parcel is excluded during delivery. Nevertheless, if you receive a parcel with damaged packaging, you must immediately contact your postal service and inform them of this. You also have the right to refuse to accept such a parcel. This information will be recorded in the postal operator's system and, on this basis, a subsequent refund may be possible. 
  • After the return is approved, you will receive a shipping label by email and can send the package back. Return shipping costs
  • Once the package is returned to the store, a full refund will be made to the account used to make the purchase within 3-5 days, excluding the cost of delivery from the store to the customer
  • Customers also have the option to exchange their order, following the same procedure but without a refund, with shipping costs paid by the customer. Once the exchange has been approved, the customer sends the order back to the store, and once the store has received the returned package, it sends a replacement item. This is possible if the customer has mistakenly ordered the wrong size
